Dear Visitor,

The site you are visiting is designed for those who have been born again by believing in Jesus Christ as their Savior and are interested in delving into the truths of the Bible, in particular, those who are students of the Bible classes that I teach daily.  As I am now traveling through Central America, this site is for those students who want to continue their studies by means of the Internet and stay informed as to the places and schedules of Bible classes.  Also, in a limited form, this site is for English-speaking believers who are interested in knowing what the Grace of God is doing with His Truth in this part of the world.

This site has a special place for pastors and evangelists, The Pastors’ Corner.  By grace I have been blessed with the richest and deepest teachings of the theologian of this age, R. B. Thieme, Jr. (see Acknowledgments), and it is with great pleasure that I pass the baton of “grace and truth” to others as it was passed to me.  This page, as it is only for pastors and evangelists, requires a password (see Contact Us).

To the one who comes here to study, remember that in order to understand spiritual phenomena found in the scriptures requires that you are in fellowship with God and that you approach the teaching of the Bible with respect and academic discipline.  The scriptures tell us in John 4:24 that "God is a spirit, and those who worship Him must worship by means of the Spirit [filling of the Spirit] and by means of truth (doctrine)."  The only way to worship Him in the spirit is to be filled with the Holy Spirit and this only occurs when we do not have unconfessed sins.  1 John 1:9 tells us, If we confess (name) our sins, He [God] is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and He purifies us from all wrongdoing.”  It does not say “name and repent” or “name and feel sorry” or “name and promise never to do it again.”  Everything is by grace!  Nothing depends on us!  For this reason it says “name” and only “name.”  Only by naming our sins to God the Father are we in fellowship with God and therefore, we are in condition for the Holy Spirit to teach us (Joh. 14:26) about the incredible and marvelous depths of the message of the Bible.

May your visit to this site be for spiritual edification, following the path provided by grace and paved with truth to the high ground of spiritual maturity for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
